4th Angel The 4th Angel Mentoring Program is a national, free, non-profit organization to help cancer survivors by matching cancer patients with a trained volunteer who is a cancer survivor. Their goals are to connect people with similar matches on the diagnosis, age, gender, common struggles and similar interests. Conversations sometimes include unique comfort and reassurance, expression of feelings, fears and questions. This same plan can be made for caregivers as well with trained caregivers of survivors also available. Mentoring can occur over the phone or by email.
